Here's my point of view

I had a delightful stay! The staff were exceptionally welcoming, and the breakfast was fantastic—fresh options and piping hot. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, contributing to a restful experience. The location also makes it convenient to explore nearby attractions.

The staff was super friendly, making our stay enjoyable. We found great animal-friendly amenities for our three dogs, and the hotel's proximity to the West Edmonton Mall was fantastic! The space was perfect for our family, offering lots of room to relax.

In my children’s opinion, more options for breakfast would be great.

Oh man, the local eats near Hampton Inn were a treat! Royal Pizza's slices are a slice of heaven, and that Chop Steakhouse? Major shoutout for their juicy cuts. Plus, the staff was super friendly and the room was clean and cozy. A solid stay overall.

Can't recommend highly enough for a brief pit stop

Spacious room, clean amenities, with great breakfast options made our stay truly enjoyable, while the convenient location allowed us easy access to nearby attractions and dining options.

Nothing to dislike.

I had a comfortable stay at Hampton Inn. The room was clean and spacious. Comfy beds made sleeping easy. The breakfast was fantastic. tons of options like waffles, eggs, and fresh fruit. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. However, the fitness center needed some maintenance. One of the treadmills was out of order, which was a bit disappointing. Also, I noticed some chairs in the lobby were stained, which didn't look welcoming. Overall, a solid place but could use some upgrades in common areas.

The hotel was perfect for our stay. We visited the West Edmonton Mall for some shopping and checked out the nearby snowshoeing trails. The breakfast was top-notch, and the staff were super friendly. Clean rooms with comfy beds and solid amenities made our stay enjoyable.

One thing that could be improved is the state of some chairs in the lobby area, as a few were stained and not very inviting to sit on.

Upon checking in, I was disappointed to find my upgraded suite was next to noisy elevators and ice machines, making it impossible to relax. The pillows were lumpy, ruining my sleep despite the higher price I paid. Even worse, the staff seemed more interested in their phones than ensuring guests had a pleasant stay, and they couldn't even locate my reservation correctly.

My weekend trip here was fantastic! The room was clean and spacious, and the complimentary breakfast offered a variety of hot items, including fresh waffles. My previous stay in edmonton was decent, but this place exceeded those expectations.

the hampton inn had comfortable beds that made our stay very relaxing. the location was perfect, making it easy to get around. the front desk staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. plus, we enjoyed the clean linens and good breakfast with a fun waffle machine!
